Customers using this site are declaring that all products purchased will be used by fully trained, responsible salon professionals and/or by students in training under qualified supervision.
Customers using this site are declaring that they are competent in the use of the products sold and must accept full responsibility for following all manufacturers instructions.
All of the products offered for sale on this website are sold on the understanding that they will only be used for their intended purpose.
*KCA Supplies Ltd will not be held responsible for any injury or damages incurred by the misuse of our products.
*KCA Supplies Ltd reserve the right to ask for proof of professional status.
We reserve the right to refuse an order if we believe the person(s) ordering are not a trade customer and/or if we believe there to be any danger of the product(s) purchased to be misused in any way.
This website is currently set up for items to be ordered and and delivered within the UK only.
KCA Supplies Ltd are happy to accept overseas orders, however, as we need time to gather shipping quotes etc., we ask that you contact us direct on firstname.lastname@example.org
*There is no VAT charge on any of our products. The price(s) shown on our website are the total price(s) to pay.
Customers Legal Rights
If any of the product(s)/item(s) delivered to you are faulty and/or not as described, then the customer is entitled to a full refund.
We ask that you contact us immediately, however, a 14 day notification period is allowed.
*Customers must cover the cost of postage when returning any faulty item(s) and provide proof by way of a receipt.
Once proof has been received, KCA Supplies Ltd will refund any monies paid (postage costs) if the item(s) returned are faulty.
The customer has exactly the same rights to refunds when they buy items in a sale as when they buy them at full price.
*Refunds will only be processed at the price of product(s) when purchased.
Customers have a 14 day notification period (after receipt of goods) to inform us that they wish to cancel their order and then another 14 days to return the goods to us once we have authorsied the cancellation.
*All postage costs for returning any unwanted item(s) are the responsibility of the customers.
*Customers will lose their right to any cancellation if KCA SUPPLIES Ltd are not notified and/or these time limits are not adhered to.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from our website.
A second email will then be sent once your order has been processed. This email will confirm that your purchase has been processed and dispatched and will include a copy paid invoice for your reference, as well as any relevant shipping information.
We aim to process all orders the same or next working day. *Orders will not be processed on any weekend/Bank Holidays.
If for whatever reason we are unable to provide you with the item(s) you have purchased, for example if we are out of stock, we will notify you by email to either offer a full refund or to request your authorisation for us to send out your order once it becomes available.
*This rule only applies if KCA SUPPLIES Ltd are due to get the item(s) purchased in stock within 7 working days.
Smaller items up to a weight of 2kg will usually be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Post and/or Parcel Force 24/48 Hour.
Larger, heavier items will be sent using a courier (mainly www.ippostparcels.com) and will need to be signed for, so please make sure someone is available on the day.
Stock availability can sometime affect our delivery times, if this is the case, you will be notified by email and given an estimated delivery date.
In some cases, we may need to dispatch item(s) direct from our supplier, if this is the case, we will contact you by email to request your authorisation to do so.
An extra 5 days for delivery must be expected when dispatched direct from our supplier, however we aim to get all orders dispatched as soon as possible.
Any relevant updates will be provided via email until your item(s) have been dispatched.
Once dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent and any required tracking details provided.
All orders dispatched have a tracking number which is available upon request. This does not apply if goods are dispatched direct from our suppliers.
If the customer will not accept an estimated delivery date and/or delivery direct from our supplier, then they have the right to cancel their order and request a full refund.
Our delivery prices are calculated on per item(s) purchased and also include a small administration charge to cover our packaging and handling.
*All postage costs are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that your item(s) are undelivered, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we are able to investigate with our courier(s).
All delivery times are quoted in good faith and we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.
Orders, purchases and delivery may sometimes be delayed over bank holidays.
Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday (next working day).
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next working day (Monday).
Please note that by fully processing your order you are agreeing to all prices listed including shipment costs.
