Orders, Purchases and Delivery

This page contains information regarding KCA SUPPLIES Ltd orders, purchases and delivery.

This website is currently set up for items to be ordered and and delivered within the UK only.

There is no VAT charge on any of our products. The price(s) shown on our site are the total price(s) to pay.

KCA SUPPLIES Ltd aim to process all orders the same or next working day. Once processed, we aim to have all orders delivered the next working day.

Stock availability and/or reasons beyond our control can sometimes affect this. If this is the case, you will be notified by email and given an estimated delivery date (updates will be provided until your item(s) have been dispatched).

All delivery times are quoted in good faith and we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.

Orders, purchases and delivery may sometimes be delayed over bank holidays.

Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday (next working day).

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next working day (Monday).

Smaller items up to a weight of 2kg will usually be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Post and/or Parcel Force 24/48 Hour.

Larger, heavier items will be sent using a courier (mainly www.ippostparcels.com) and will need to be signed for, so please make sure someone is available on the day.

Our delivery prices are calculated on per item(s) purchased.

*Please be aware that ordering larger, heavier items will incur an additional shipping charge.

Delivery prices also include a small administration charge to cover our packaging and handling.

Please note that by fully processing your order you are agreeing to all prices listed including shipment costs.

*All postage costs are non-refundable.

KCA SUPPLIES Ltd will happily refund any damaged goods.

We will also refund and/or replace any unwanted goods, however please note that you (the customer) will be responsible for the cost of returning any items.

*All postage costs are non-refundable.

Goods must be returned unused and in their original condition.

In the unlikely event that your item(s) are undelivered, we ask that you contact us immediately.

As we aim to have our orders delivered by the next working day, we ask that contact us within 3 days (of purchase date) so that we are able to investigate with our courier(s).
